Session 1. - Authentic Leadership Authentic Leadership is about living and leading from wholeness, the wholeness of who you are verses who you think (or have been taught) you should be. Often, leadership programs are seen as giving you a formula to be a great leader. And when everyone leaves they are expected to all follow that formula to succeed. In this session we will be using researched-based solutions which look and feel very different based on positive psychology and social psychology. Together, we will create the space for you to identify, own and celebrate your best self as well as uncover your core values that make you uniquely you. When you are able to align your authentic self, with your core values and your intentional vision, you create your very own personal compass which will guide you thru challenging situations, times and people. But mostly, it’s where the magic begins… Your magic. And, there’s nothing more powerful than a woman who chooses to lead authentically and owns her magic.
Session 2. - Rising Up (Reality Check and Our Choices) In this session we will discuss working in our teams vs. working on our teams and also the difference between leadership and management. We will also have a candid conversation about what women leaders face in a world predominantly lead by men (although that's changing!). Finally we discuss stepping in to your own authentic leadership style.
Session 1. - Leading Through Change We’ll explore candor and identify invisible agreements to determine which we each want to accept, end or renegotiate in order to transform our leadership and our organizations.
Session 2. - Crafting Courageous Conversations Crafting Courageous Conversations addresses the art and science of communicating about challenging topics in ways that foster productivity and collaboration. You will learn how to design a highly productive conversation; practice seven key conversational moves and leave with a concrete toolkit and customized action plan to dramatically increase your Conversational ROI.
